prima data punem branza (gata preparata) in...Ela...<br />prima data punem branza (gata preparata) in lapte si o fierbem, pana laptele devine zer(adica cateva minute). <br />Scoatem apoi branza fiarta , o scurgem putin si o sfaramam din nou (sau o dam prin razatoare).<br /><br />Imi pare rau ca nu ai inteles. Eu zic ca am fost destul de explicita. Ma faci sa rosesc. <br /><br />Cat despre reteta, da, se poate inlocui margarina cu unt (eu nu am facut-o niciodata , insa am vazut multe retete cu unt)<br />Branza si lapte am folosit mereu de tara, dar nu vad de ce nu ar fi ok si cel ambalat. Insa, in cazul asta, cred ca branza trebuie sa fie un pic mai grasa. <br />Te pup. Si abia astept sa revii sa mi spui daca ti-a reusit reteta.
